Just complete the order form and post it to us at Bishop Thornton. This can be downloaded by going to our Catalogue Request page.
Guarantee
If any garments do not meet with your complete satisfaction they may be returned to us provided they are unworn and in perfect condition for exchange or a full refund This must be done within 14 days of purchase. Please note that garments which have been made with special requirements or have been shortened or altered in anyway cannot be returned.
Delivery
If the items you require are in stock they are despatched the following working day, otherwise we aim to despatch goods within 14 days but at peak times please allow 28 days.
We will advise you if there will be any delay.
If you require your order quicker a telephone call will ensure that you receive your goods by the date required.Your order will be sent by first class mail.
Overseas orders will be sent by airmail - please email us for costs.Returns
We recommend that you obtain Proof of Postage from the Post Office when returning an item.
Please note that we do not refund postage
